Our shipping is made to be as quick and simple for you as we can make it.
More than 90% of the products on our website are in stock either at our warehouse, or with our suppliers. Therefore, delivery times are usually between 3-5 working days.
When we process your order, we will check the availability of the item(s) ordered and confirm the actual expected delivery time, and we will provide tracking information where possible.
Based on where you live, we’ve made the following options available:
Store Pick Up
At checkout you can elect to collect the goods you have ordered from one of our stores. Simply check the appropriate box and we will contact you when the goods are ready to collect.
- If you want to pick up your order from one of our stores,
you may do so for free.
- If your order is under £75,
then you’ll be charged £7.50 for shipping and handling.
- If your order is over £75,
then your shipping and handling will be free.
Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Isles
- If your order is under £199.99,
then you’ll be charged £25 for shipping and handling.
- If your order is over £200, then your shipping and handling will be free.
Europe & Rest of the World
We can arrange shipping to many locations but will do so only by special arrangement due to many of our items being delicate and not suitable for long shipments. Please get in touch with us if you are unsure of anything – we’re happy to help ! We may send your order in multiple packages. If this happens we will inform you.
If you are not able to take delivery
If you are unable to take delivery of your item, our courier will attempt to deliver it again and leave contact details for you to rearrange the delivery at your leisure.
If there are any delays in shipping to you, we will contact you via email.
Undelivered / Returned Items
In the event that your item is returned to us (e.g, incorrect address), then we will inform you immediately via email. You’ll be given the choice to have the item sent out again, or have a refund processed for the item. Any items returned to us due to fault of the customer (e.g, incorrect address), Lumination reserve the right to deduct outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Once we have passed your goods to the courier, we will update you via email. Once the courier has the item, we would expect the item to be delivered within 48 hours of our email, though during busy periods this may understandably take longer. We are unable to compensate for late deliveries.
For time critical orders, please contact us before placing your order. We recommend you do not commit to your installer until your goods have arrived. Goods should be checked for completeness and any damage as soon as they are received.
