Our Click & Collect service lets you place an order online and collect it from one of our stores in Barnstaple, Bristol, Cirencester, or Taunton.

If you elect to Click & Collect your order, you wont pay shipping on your order at all.

Here’s what you need to do.

Just shop online like you would usually do. When you get to the checkout, select pickup from store, and let us know where you’d like to collect from. We offer this service for all products on our website.

Your order is available for collection usually between 1-3 working days, but this may take longer if we have to order an item in from a supplier. For time critical orders, make sure to contact us first to discuss your order.

If there are any delays, we’ll stay in touch.

We will call you when your order is available to collect. We’ll also update your online order which will send you an email.

Come to the store with a copy of your online invoice (on your phone is fine if you don’t want to print out the invoice).  If you need to send someone else to collect on your behalf, please make sure that they have a copy of the invoice with them.
