Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@lumination.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
