Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments and if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and take payments via PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Our aim is to ship out quickly, securely and without any hassle.
We have two options: Free
- If your order is over £150 it’s free£12.50 Flat fee
- If under £150 then its a flat fee of £12.50
Both shipping options use DPD one day.
Shipping and Handling
At checkout you can elect to collect the goods you have ordered from one of our stores. Simply check the appropriate box and we will contact you when the goods are ready to collect.
We send our lights out using DPD. Your purchase should arrive the following working day after you receive a dispatch e mail from us. If for any reason there is a delay on this, we will of course contact you straight away so that you are fully aware of the situation.
Our couriers will deliver the parcel. If you're not in when they come, they'll try to deliver it a second time and let you know when.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to arrange an exact time or date, although if you miss the delivery, our couriers will try and deliver a second time.For UK mainland deliveries there will be a charge of £5.00 for orders up to £50.00 and above this there will be no charge.
For UK offshore locations such as Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles etc there will be a charge of £15.00 for orders up to £100.00and above this there will be no charge.
For destinations other than United Kingdom, please e-mail us your enquiry and we will be please to quote.
We ordinarily deliver your order right away if the product is in stock. For UK customers we will normally send your order to you in 1 to 5 business days.
If there are any delays in shipping (if it will be above 5 working days) we will contact you via email letting you know.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When the order is placed at our website, you will be redirected to our payment provide - SECURE HOSTING - where you card details will be logged for secure handling.

Western Lumination LLP do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Should you wish to return the goods because of any defect then please advise us of your claim in advance of despatching the goods. Once we have agreed the return and agreed the associated costs you may proceed to send the goods. Once we have received the goods and we acknowledge the claimed defect then a full refund will be made to your card including the agreed costs of returning the goods..
Should goods be returned for any other reason the costs of return will be to your own account. Once the goods have been received by us in the same condition as when they were originally despatched then a refund will be made to your card, less the original cost of carriage plus a £25.00 administration fee.
