Vega 400 Shade Ivory

The light emitted by the Vega lights is fantastic but the four screws holding the cover over the wires did not have a metal drilled hole/collar to screw in to. Bits of plastic snapped off when screwing and unscrewing so the covers could not be fitted over the wires securely.
The shades are an expensive joke. I questioned how they could be fitted when working from the ceiling. The telephone answer and emailed fitting sheet admitted that it took a lot of fiddling to achieve as the design wasn't ideal. My electrician was eventually able to fit them but if the lights ever need changing he thinks we will have to saw the shades off first, or I move house. Would have preferred an off-white shade as the ivory looks dirty against a white ceiling. Expensive and disappointing.
