Lumination is a leading retailer of lighting for domestic and commercial applications. We have 4 retail outlets in the South West and are one of the largest independent specialist groups in the country. We source lighting from all around the World to give ourselves the edge in terms of design and competitiveness.
Our largest store is located as a concession in Gardiner Haskins in the heart of Bristol just around the corner from Cabot Circus and Temple Meads railway station. We are seeking an experienced manager who has the ability to take this store forward to the next stage of its development as the leading retailer in the area.

Store Manager - The Job
An experienced store manager you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. A leader by example you will encourage a strong sales culture, control costs, manage stock, ensure impressive visual merchandising standards. You will motivate your team to help customers see why we deserve their loyalty. Under your expert guidance your store will become known for its knowledgeable people, great product availability and warm welcome.

Store Manager – Requirements
You will be an enthusiastic and commercially strong retail manager with a proven track record of delivering exemplary results and building high performing teams. Comfortable working to targets, you will be skilled at all aspects of retailing. You will also be effective at budgeting and forecasting, skilled at stock management and understand the importance of sound H&S standards. Detail orientated you will possess strong communication and leadership skills. Key will be the ability to set high operating standards, achieve outstanding service levels and deliver customer loyalty.
