Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We use the services of Interlink Express the International courier service. For UK mainland deliveries there will be a charge of £12.50 plus VAT for orders up to £150.00. For orders exceeding this value there will not be any shipping charges. For UK offshore locations such as Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, etc there will be a £20.00 suppliment additional to our standard charges.
Delivery Schedule
We ordinarily deliver your order right away. For UK customers we will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
In the event that you wish to return goods within the 15 day no quibble period you will be responsible for ensuring the goods are properly packed and arrive to us in the same condition as when they were originally supplied.
Should you wish to return the goods because of any defect then please advise us of your claim in advance of despatching the goods. Once we have agreed the return and agreed the associated costs you may proceed to send the goods. Once we have received the goods and we acknowledge the claimed defect then a full refund will be made to your card including the agreed costs of retuning the goods..
Should goods be returned for any other reason the costs of return will be to your own account. Once the goods have been received by us in the same condition as when they were originally despatched then a full refund will be made to your card, less the original charge for carriage plus a £10.00 administration fee.
